[A4] New car considerations

Maybe not, but I've always liked the concept of hot hatches and GTI's, and there's nothing hotter than the R32 in North America. Sure it's a bit slower than the S4, but it's got great handling, probably much better than the S4 out of the box, sounds awesome, looks and feels great. I think it's arguably a better driver's car than the S4. A well modded S4 will obviously be better, but we're talking some big bucks there.
