[A4] New car considerations

It's basically the same as the TT VR6 underneather the skin, except it's has 240 hp instead of 250 hp.  Other than that:

- 6-sp manual
- Haldex AWD
- bigger brakes
- 18" wheels & tires
- Konig (sp?) racing seats
- special interior trim and R32 bits
- R32 front and rear bumpers and sideskirts
