[A4] Battery died, new battery installed, window wierdness

It's normal.  As Nick stated, hold the button down to roll them all
the way down.  Then hold the button up to roll them all the way up. 
This'll re-enable the one-touch feature.  Quite a nice feature.  I
didn't realize how nice this feature was until I had my battery
replaced and experienced the same thing!
