[A4] turbo upgrades

The A8 brake upgrade makes a huge difference on the car.  On my old A4 it completely solved the wet braking issue.

I had a K04 on my car with GIAC software.  I was very pleased with it, I didn't really consider MTM.  Since you already have their programming and can upgrade with minimal cost, that may be the way to go tho.
