[A4] removing tie-rod end

Yeah I looked at that article. They describe the bolt as a "The side
nut (3) is on a *self hold bolt*". It sure looks like a stud
(especially with that slot cut in the end). I have done my share of
whacking it with the nut on to try to push it out but it is not budging.
Everything else is loose.
Stay tuned....it's been soaking in penetrant all night and heat is next.
