[A4] door speaker removal

Sorry, I don't know how to remove the speaker.  My Bentley is in the garage
and I'll see if I can find it for you.

Speaking of speakers, does anyone have any OEM rear package tray speakers
for a 98.5 Bose system?  One of mine sounds blown (slight rattle) and I'm
trying to find a replacement without hitting the stealer.  :)
