[A4] direct swap 120amp alternator upgrade?

I have been searching and trying to make sure that my idea is correct.
I have a 98.5 a4 1.8t and the 90amp valeo's bearings are getting a bit
noisy.
I would like to drop in the 120amp bosch unit.

Does anyone know if the connectors are the same for these units?
It looks like a bolt on upgrade.

Has anyone tried this?
