Sure there is.   But the A6 is only available in 2.8 or 3.0 V6 form 
with Tip.   So you'd have a non-trubo V6 6-speed.  (not a bad 
combination but not exactly hi-performance.)

Better yet, take the entire drivetrain of the Allroad 6-speed (2.7T 
and 6-speed tranny) and drop it into an A6.
But, that makes installing coilovers on the Allroad a cheap, easy 
endeavor in comparison.  Hence the attraction to manual transmission 
Allroads. <grin>
