[A4] turn signal issues

 Hey all...my 2000 A4 2.8Q is acting up again...this time, my turn signals simply do not work. When I try to signal, they blink once and then die out, and need about 3 seconds to recharge before blinking once and dying again. When I hit the emergency flashers, they blink fine. What gives? This is a ticket waiting to happen....
