[A4] Shop Manual Question

We have a 2002 Avant, 1.8Tq,out of warranty with 70K miles, that we plan on
keeping for awhile. Routine maintenance like oil changes and simple things
are easy, but now I'm into fixing things like windshield washer pumps that I
can barely see much less remove and replace. So I need a shop manual. I see
that Bentley has a CD for $99.95. Are there others? What do you folks use?
