[A4] Hakka Q Prices

[Peter Kirby]

A friend with Hakka Qs on his Legacy told me they have been
discontinued and they don't appear on the Nokian web site.  If that's
true, I would put on something else -- if you blow one Q you may not
be able to replace it.
