[A4] B5s and Sport Steering Wheels

So, if I understand correctly, I can buy a sport steering wheel, and the
slip-ring for the Tiptronic transmission and radio controls, and fit a
steering wheel with the control buttons, and they'll be functional, even
though my car cam with the cheap four-spoke wheel???
