Richard,

Is there any chance that I don't get into fifth gear because I don't get
above 35 MPH on my way to work?

Doug I did a good search and found a place that should be able to flush the
transmission, they may also be able to do the filter change for you!

They are located in Bellevue, WA

No affiliations or experience with them, it looks like they perform a LOT of
Flushes including auto trans flushes.
BTW, The connections for machine are located up front by the radiator.
