[A4] timing belts and "interference" engines

I'd definitely consider paying a little more if the car has a new
motor in it, especially if it's been installed by a reputable
dealership. That said, even if the new motor was around 7 - 8K
installed, you probably won't get that for the whole car (1998 A4)
even if it's in superb condition (sorry...just telling it as I see it
;-).
