[A4] A4 clutchless shifting

wow right when i thought this topic couldn't get any dumber lol! would you  
rather replace a clutch or a trans? if you blip the throttle when downshifting  
you can rev match without damage'n the clutch. if you turn your car off at  
lights, that's a lot of wear on your starter. as far as clutchless shifting, if 
 you do it expect to trash your syncros pretty quick, then when you shift 
with  the clutch youll get that grind going into the next gear, usually 2nd takes 
the  most abuse cause its at a high rpm when you shift. the most abuse on the 
clutch  imo is people that are not skilled enough to not slip the clutch when 
taking off  from a start.
 
just my 2 cents, or my opinion for that matter, 

I would  be curious to see the numbers of your fuel mileage when turning your
car  on/off at lights. Fact is, unless you got some mondo long lights, I
would  bet that you come out losing money.
