[A4] Help with daytime running lights

Hey guys,

I recently bought a 98 A4 2.8 quattro. The car is great. I got it 
from the original owner, have all the service records and it's been 
dealer maintained its whole life. It has just over 100k miles and 
they also have the 110k service done including the timing belt. After 
spending the weekend cleaning it up it also looks the part, and 
pretty much looks like a new car (including the engine ;).

Now, my question regarding the daytime running lights; I am taking 
this car up to Canada, and the government requires to have my daytime 
running lights. Is there an easy way to do this? Somebody has a write 
up on the Audiworld site, but it looks pretty complicated to me (I am 
quite retarded when it comes to electrical stuff).
