i'm going to knock wood because living in CA i've NEVER encountered a
bolt that pblaster wouldn't deal with like magic. usually just a shot of
dubD40 is all it takes. pblaster is for the REALLY stuck stuff. =)

I may give ATF + acetone a try. Acording to this, it takes the least
