[A4] meyle heavy duty TRE question

Had no problems with my Meyle heavy duty TRE's.  Once
the shank was lined up with the hole--slid in about
half way or more--then I tightened down on the top
bolt to pull it all the way in making sure the notch
was lined up with the hole.  Notch was in right
spot--bolt slid right through, no interference.
