[A4] Strut vs. Cartridge Replacement Options

Never used anything besides stock strut inserts myself - but have heard
the Bilsteins are nice.

I thought the stock Sport setup was very good, IMO.  Of course it really
depends on your driving style, if you track the car ( I did not), and
just plain personal preference.
