[A4] CD Changer problem - 1998 A4/2.8 Quattro

BTW - The Concert Sound System manual says CD1 ERR3 = malfunction in the 
mechanical system of the CD changer.

In this case, press the button to eject the magazine. It doesn't eject when 
I press it.
