[A4] A4 Digest, Vol 44, Issue 4

So this manual doesn't sound too different from the 3-volume set for the 
type-44 (aka 100/200).

I remember the good old days, back when I used to use the Bentelys for the 
MKI and MKII VW's.  Those where simple.
