[A4] drivers side wind noise

I'm sure this topic has been brought up before but I can't seem to find it in the archives.  

I've got wind noise in my 98 2.8 as if the window is not completely closed.  The door seems to be aligned well.  Does anyone know of an easy fix for this?  Its getting difficult to hear the radio on the highway.
