[A4] BOVs and BPVs

 regarding the whole "does work - does not work - my momma says so" debate.  let's cut to the chase: the important thing is that the BOV throws out pressurized air, thus throwing out energy.  the BPV recirculates pressurized air, that is, air that your turbo already has worked hard to pressurize. Bottomline: BOV's waste horsepower, and I don't have any extra hp to throw out.
