[A4] Vibrating Rearview Mirror and the 3.0 V-6

I don't know about tightening the mirror, but, at the risk of offending
the Audi 'Gods', I have been quite happy with the 3.0 in my A4. At just
over 90,000km (56,000 mi.) it burns no oil, runs smoothly & is fairly
fuel efficient, long-term averaging about 9.4l/100km or ~30
miles/Imperial gallon or ~ 25 miles/US gallon. No problems, other than
the coil pack replacement, even though my car didn't have a coil pack
failure. Yes, the '02 A4 is a B6.
