[A4] settlement!

I don't think any of them do, do they?  Audi is giving nothing away for 
free.  They will only warranty damage if you can prove that it was 
inspected at the proper intervals.  BUT, if you get it inspected, you're 
75% of the way there to getting it replaced, so it's really easy for the 
shop to say, "Well, for a small fee we'll go ahead and replace it...... 
as well as this laundry list of other work."

If you do not get it inspected, you cannot claim anything on the damages.
