[A4] Frozen washer jets

Everything is back up and running, with no apparent damage.

I managed to thaw the headlight jets and get them back up and running, but
was never able to thaw the windscreen washers.  I suspect that the lines
were frozen somewhere I could not reach.

Now that our temps are up, I've flushed the system and replaced with -30
cleaner.  Lesson learned.
