[A4] Right oil to use?

Sorry all for the repost - I forgot to edit the subject line...

I have a '98 A4Q with the 30V 6 in it. I don't have the owner's manual -
can someone send me a copy of the chart that is usually in there that
shows what kind of engine oil to use in what kinds of weather?
