[A4] Handbrake not locking in position

Hi,

The parking brake is usually held up by a ratchet gizmo in the lever itself.
Maybe the pin that engages with the ratchet is worn/stuck in grease/fallen
off. I'd think you'd be able to get a look at it by taking out the center
trim. I haven't done so on an A4, but on my 1994 90S, all it took was a bit
of patience and 3-4 screws.
