[A4] rattling speaker - FIXED!

Hi all,

Following up on a question I asked earlier, for those who want to save some
money...

My right front speaker was ratling with bass sounds. Turns out it
was "blown." In this particular case the out suspension ring, or diaphragm,
had torn all the way around and completely separated from the frame. A neat
glue job with some regular PVA did the trick. I also played music (very
softly) through the speaker for the entire time it was drying to avoid any
large hard parts forming and restricting the motion of the cone.

To get to the speaker, you need to take the whole internal panel off. In
Short, two screws on either edge. One in the hand grab. Pop out the bottom of
the hand grab. Undo the further two screws in the area revealed, then loft
the whole door off. To avoid disconnecting everything, I used a piece of
string to dangle the panel off the window frame.

Enjoy!
