[A4] timing belt interval

I am wondering what the latest recommendation is for changing timing
belts in terms of interval between changes.  Mine is a later AWN with
I am told the new-style tensioner (the engine was replace under
warranty at 92000 km and I now have 186000 km).   Is www.blauparts.com
the recommended place to get the timing belt kit?  They have a pretty
complete kit for $259.
