Never mind: Somehow the purple lever on the plug closed to soon keeping the plug from fully engaging. Now I opened the lever fully, pushed the plug in and THEN secured the lever.

Subject: Removed A4 door panel - Now none of the buttons work

I removed the driver's door trim panel to try to fix the child window safety lock switch. Now nothing in the door works: locks, trunk release, windows, mirror controls... I'm going back in there to check on the main gray plug with the purple release mechanism, but it's getting late.

Could I have somehow blown that control module in the door? Fuse is alright (as the passenger door works). All other door buttons work.

  Any ideas? Thanks.
