[A4] Clutch replacement

Yup...Dual-mass.  That's why it was so expensive.  I was afraid of 
putting in a single-mass flywheel, fearing that shifting would be too 
much shock to the transmission.  I tend to keep cars a long time so did 
not want to shorten the tranny's life.
