[A4] Sport Seat Fitment into '01 B5?

Has anyone seen a good description of what's involved in removing and replacing seats in a B5?
I have a complete sport interior from, what, '98 or '99, that I'd like to fit into a "new" '01.
The interior is in storage, but IIRC they have side airbags, don't they?
The other consideration is that in '01, I think, Audi added electric lumber support to the manual seats.
I understand that installing the sport interior I'd lose the lumbar support, but are there other issues that make this seat replacement unfeasible?
