[A8] nav questions

You may have already done this but a Search on Audiworld.com's A8 forum for "Navigation System 2000 A8" will produce a great deal of info. on that years NAV system. Seemed to be a "basic system" which wouldn't give complete routes in advance, would sometimes bounce from miles to kilometers, had maps which were less than complete in some cases. My question would be if the CD's you need for that system have been updated or not since Audi has changed NAV systems since then.
