[A8] Blown fuses

I was wondering if anyone has had problems with blown fuses on the A8? My
wife has a 1997 A8 4.2L Quattro and she has blown the front cigarette
lighter fuse several times. This time, while changing the cigarette lighter
fuse, I noticed that the 5 AMP ABS fuse was also blown so I replaced that as
well.

Any ideas? Is this common?
