[A8] A8 Front suspension torque specs

It's a cousin of our beloved ETKA. It's the service info that the  
dealers had been using for a while on DVD. Its supposed to cover all  
models 1980 to present (or at least recent), but truth be told its  
next to worthless for anything before 1992 or so. Rumor has it that  
you can find copies on Craigslist and Ebay, but of course we can not  
condone using these not-so-legal copies ;-).
