Surely something is on ebay.
And I believe there is a place called Wheels Direct - that rebuilds wheels,
with several locations in the US.  I have used them and am satisfied.  They
can take trash and make it great.
It Wheels Direct is not the name, do a search on refinishing wheels, repair,
etc.  You will find the place.  The one I used was in Houston, TX.
