Thanks for info. Anyone know if dripping liquid at petal area is AC leak, sunroof related?

By now I assume you've done CV boots a couple times. They are always good to
check as well as tie-rod ends, general suspension links.
You will need a full set of shocks/struts. Even though my 97 rides just find
at 190K, I've noticed at least one corner will bounce when pressed and
released. When the damper (shock or strut) is working, you can press any
corner and the car will return to ride height in one motion (up), not two
(up, then down). The failed shocks allow tire vibrations unless the
balancing is spot on.
Lube your door hinges.
Replace carbon filters (cabin air intakes in the hood).
Gas filter
Sp Plugs (should have been replaced long ago, 60K service?)
Brake fluid (depending on climate, 2-5 years)
Check the cross breather hose between L & R valve covers. Mine is original.
My buddies 99 A8 deteriorated a couple years ago.
All the blah blah stuff about timing belt.
