Nonsense.  Of course there are lifetime fluids in the lifetime transmission.  After the fluid gets old and the transmission fails, it has passed the end of its life.  It is lifetime by definition of life.  The lifetime is usually longer if you change the fluid, should you care to do so.

You want it to have been flushed. There is no true lifetime sealed trans so
if they haven't been flushed and serviced, they are prone to very expensive
failure. Check out the buyers guide on audipages.com and even though it's
for older a8s, a lot of the same things apply.
