Thanks to Tony Lum I just found out that those of you on this list who are
signed up to receive the posts in the form of a digest just got a message
that has posts dating back to October!  Since a good number of the list
members are signed up this way it might explain the lack of activity here.
I have changed the list server so that if there have been any messages
received on a particular day a digest will be created to send them out.  If
there are no messages at all on any day no digest will be sent ...
