I'm not sure how the threads will fare, but did you try to turn the bolt
directly instead of grabbing the rubber part. You could try running a
nut, washer, and second nut onto the bolt, locking them together and then
try turning off the "upper" (one closest to the rubber) off to get the
mount off. I'm surprized it's on this tight. Otherwise, I'd guess it's a
dealer only item, unless you can find one at a U-pull. BTW, the plastic
endcapped radiator in my 200 lasted 170K miles and 11 years. I don't
think you're in any hazard by having the OEM type radiator. I actually
chose OEM style, it's lighter and certainly capable of going a long way,
and unlike brass, isn't as susceptable to pinhole leaks like my 4KQ and
Saab and Ford and.....
