... not sure why this was posted to the urq list ... but in the event
someone there isn't on the Bay Area or NorCalQCUSA lists and wanted more
info, here is a snippet from the earlier announcement ...

Cesar Chavez park is in downtown San Jose, CA and is near the corner of San
Carlos Street and Market Street.  The Fairmont Hotel and The Tech Museum of
innovation are on opposite sides along the major axis of the park ...
