[ba] seeking winter tire (tahoe) reccomendation from locals....

Boy, up here in snow country, we GLADLY pay the prices for a set up good
Hakkas + winter rims.  A real quattro saver.  But, I guess we even out in
cost of living.  I just bought a place in Oakland so I will soon be making
the trade off.
