[ba] Slow window is always the regulator or ??

I have the slow window blues on the passenger side (driver is fine) and have
swopped the switches out with no improvement.

So, my question is whether there is anything else besides the regulator that
could cause this.

Also any advice on whether to buy a used regulator @ $25 from forcefive vs.
a new @ $119.
