[ba] Slow window is always the regulator or ??

The sure way to know would be to measure the voltage at the motor while
it's running. If it's seeing full voltage (close to 12V), it's
responsible for doing its job!
I had a slow, sometimes sticking window. Cleaning the switches didn't
help much. A new regulator solved the problem.
