Castrol GTX 20-50 ... Pure dino juice changed regularly is the best thing in
my humble opinion..  I ran it in my Coupe Gt a decade ago.. as far as
cleaning the engine.. if you dont have any oil leaks then ... cool do it..
if you do have some leaks I think its better to let the gunk build up a bit
and seal those leaks..

as for yesterdays question.. TPC the parts connection dot com is good.. GPR
for fun racing stuff.. Blau for Audi specific (lots of fun stuff too, but
prices higher than elsewhere)  I don't go to the dealer unless I have to..
northside imports has killer prices also.. I don't have the info on me..

Also someone please correct me if I am wrong but this list is directed to
Bay area stuff.. like up comming races.. meetings.. local mechanics.. and
ocassionally off topic items..  your question about local parts distributors
was right on topic.. Todays topic is more or less for the main list . I
wonder If they thought of making up an oil list.. much like the torsen.. ok
not even close to the torsen list, But along the same lines...

Not trying to flame you .. mind you.. just telling you what a few people are
probably thinking...
