You might try talking with Wolfsport and/or Griffin Motorwerke (I think
that's the name, it is ACCNA member and racing photographer extraordinaire
Terry Griffin's shop). Both have a lot of quattro experience and are in the
Berkeley area. They must know of a good alignment shop.

More Service on 7th Ave. in Santa Cruz is very good--but a bit far for you.
(He's convenient for me being a block from my house.) Excellent alignment
tech, a one man shop.
