[ba] 89 90 hot-start problem. [VERY odd]

May I suggest the first step would be to loosen and
reseat all the connectors in the power path?
Connectors are very vulnerable to a combination of
age and temperature.
Steve B's input re. the main ground strap is also
worth
considering.
