[ba] Audi V8 3.6 -> 4.2

WHat all is different between the audi V8 3.6L to the audi V8 4.2L (older
V8's, before A8 time). Is it simply the bore of the block making the
engine's interchangeable? Or is there alot more then just liter sizes (i.e.
fueling system, ECU changes, things of that nature).
