Road noise is very slightly increased, but the ride does become "stiffer",
small cracks and irregularities in the road become more sharp and noticeable,
overall I would say that this is greatly offset by the increased accuracy of the
suspension.  When I did Delrin bushings in my car, my initial thought was
that the improvement was similar to when I did the coil over suspension on the
car, in other words, dramatic.  The stock control arm bushings are a huge
performance compromise from the factory, the Delrins make up for this with the side
affects mentioned above.
